Our team assessed existing road conditions, peak-hour traffic flows, safe access locations, parking requirements, and intersection performance surrounding the site.

Using up-to-date traffic counts and modelling, we identified the expected impact of the new lots on the local road network and proposed simple, cost-effective mitigation measures to ensure safe vehicle movement and compliance with council requirements.
